As a woman leader in technology and business, I firmly believe that true success is not measured by personal achievements alone, it is defined by the number of lives we uplift along the way. I come from a background where gender norms and societal expectations sought to limit possibilities. Breaking free from those constraints to build a life of freedom, prosperity, and purpose has shaped my deep empathy for those facing adversity. Giving back has never been about recognition for me, it is about creating real, lasting change for those who need it most.
Empowering Children: The Future Begins at the Grassroots
My core approach to social impact is transforming lives at the grassroots level. I believe that every child, regardless of their background, deserves access to education and the tools to succeed.
Through Shri Ramakrishna Samagra Shikshana Kendra in Bangalore, I provide underprivileged children with essential school supplies bags, stationery, jackets, and more ensuring they have a strong foundation for learning. A child’s potential should never be limited by their circumstances.
My commitment to supporting orphaned girl children stems from my own journey of overcoming societal barriers. By sponsoring them and investing in their education and well-being, I aim to empower them with the confidence and opportunities to shape their own future.
Women Empowerment: Strength Through Support
At this stage in my life, after decades of experience as a business leader, I am channeling my journey of resilience into a mission for women empowerment. My next major initiative is to launch a charitable foundation dedicated to supporting women in distress.
Beyond financial aid, my vision is to equip marginalized and abandoned women with the resources, skills, and encouragement they need to reclaim their lives and build their dreams. I have lived through the struggles that many women face—and now, I want to ensure that no woman has to walk that path alone.

At People10, giving back has always been more than a responsibility; it’s a part of who we are.
Through our CSR initiative, People10 Karuna, we turn compassion into action, creating opportunities, hope, and care where needed most.
For Nisha, Karuna isn’t just a program; it reflects the values that shaped her journey: empathy, inclusion, and purpose. At People10, we focus on causes that create lasting impact, from empowering women through skill-building and education, supporting children, the elderly, and animals in need, and promoting environmental sustainability.
Every initiative is that leadership isn’t only about building businesses, it’s also about building better communities. Through Karuna, Nisha hopes to inspire more organizations and individuals to lead with kindness and to believe that every act of care, no matter how small, can create change.

Extending a Helping Hand to Those in Need
My social impact work also extends to individuals facing severe distress and life-altering challenges. Through direct personal contributions and through institutes like Peace Valley and Welfare Institute Trust and I support Victims of sexual assault, Abandoned individuals, Cancer patients, Autistic children, Senior citizens with no caretakers, and other vulnerable groups. Providing them with care, protection, and healing opportunities gives them the chance to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
